WathBitt is a water intake tracker that works entirely on your device. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use the app.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect any personal information. The app has no sign-up, no login and no user account.
Data stored on your device
Everything you enter stays on your iPhone or iPad, in the app's private storage:
- Your daily hydration goal and preferred unit (ml or fl oz)
- Your drink log (amounts, drink types and times)
- Optional details you type into the hydration calculator, such as weight and activity level
- Your custom presets, theme and reminder preferences
This data is never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app permanently removes it.
Third parties
WathBitt contains no advertising networks, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no third-party accounts. Nothing is shared with anyone, and no data is used for marketing or profiling.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. No notification is sent through an external server, and no message content leaves your device.
Children's privacy
WathBitt is safe for all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we collect nothing from children either.
Your rights
You are in full control of your data: you can edit or delete entries at any time inside the app, or remove everything at once by uninstalling WathBitt. Since we hold no copy of your information, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
